With the sudden influx of followers (Many, many thanks, guys!), it seems that some of you are a little curious about me and this blog. Perhaps a brief introduction is in order.
To answer a couple of questions by Annie (anniekateastillero), it’s all girl power, apir! I’m based in Metro Manila and went to visit that wonderful resort in Cagraray Island a couple of weeks ago. Nakaka-in love ang Bicol. Gusto kong bumalik!
My gear isn’t particularly impressive. I started out with a Nikon D50 and used that for 4 years before “inheriting” a D80 this year. Lenses I use: 18-200mm zoom lens, a 50mm f/1.4 prime, and whatever I can borrow. For most of the film shots, I have this amazingly cheap Vivitar IC100. It’s a plastic camera that I bought for a couple hundred pesos or something. Mas mahal pa nga yung flash.
Yes, all the pictures in this Tumblr were taken by me, unless otherwise stated. You won’t find them anywhere else except my Flickr because I deleted my other online accounts (as far as I know).
If you’re wondering how I managed to actually travel to all of these places, let’s just say na kabarkada ko si Dora the Explorer! ;) Kidding aside, the last couple of years involved a lot of traveling, plus I was based abroad for a year. This Tumblr was never really meant to be a travel-themed blog, but that’s how things are turning out these days.
